CAREER   Human Resources   As the Human Resources, our main purpose is to develop recommendations for a more corporate structure and more effective working environment, to project and accomplish those recommendations with all respective persons, and to support their practice. As the Human Resources, our vision is to have a happy employee profile that achieves success in his/her field and acts with team spirit. Our mission to support the vision is to create all strategies for Human Resources of VBT and try to make them being practiced with same efficiency. We try to build systems in a wide range from recruitment to wage management, and from motivation to performance evaluations and career management considering requirements and priorities of VBT. Employee that we like to work with is inclined to corporate culture, productive, fast working and able to keep up with team work, and follows the industry and the world, has strong social relationships and self-confidence, and knows at least one foreign language which is the most important.       Recruitment Process   All CVs are evaluated for potential positions. An applicant who is considered to be suitable for a position first has a meeting with the Human Resources Department and then meets with director of respective department for technical interview. After evaluation process, the applicant is informed whether the interview was positive or negative.       Job / Internship Application   Any internship application received is evaluated by the Department of Human Resources.
